This chart appeared in Leonhard Euler's 1739 "Tenemen novae theoriae musicae ex certissismis harmoniae prinicipiis dilucide expositae". Later to be rediscovered by Ernst Naumann, destroyed by Arthur Von Oettingen in a treatise, and then further explored later by Arthur Oettingen and Hugo Riemann.
